Allergen Information

Please let me know if you, or anyone eating the bakes you are purchasing from Fiona’s Fancies for Fun, have any allergies or intolerances.  As I bake in a domestic kitchen, where all allergens are present, I cannot guarantee that there is no risk of cross contamination.

Allergens in my bakes:

 
  • Cereals containing gluten 
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Nuts – most bakes do not contain nuts unless you specifically ask for them.  However I do use nuts in my kitchen and some bakery items I use have a “may contain traces of nuts” warning.
  • Soya

Allergens will always be discussed before you order a bake and a list of allergens will be attached to your bake when you collect it.

Other allergens not usually used in my bakes but are used in my kitchen are: lupin, molluscs, celery, fish and sulphur dioxide.

Gluten Free/Dairy Free/Nut Free/Vegan

As I use all allergens in my kitchen, I cannot call my bakes gluten/dairy/nut free.  However i can bake with gluten/dairy/nut free ingredients.  (I myself am gluten and lactose intolerant!)  
 
Unfortunately at this time I do not offer vegan cakes.

If you require a cake with free from ingredients, I take extra precautions eg I bake on a separate day, do a deeper clean and use separate equipment where possible. However, there is always a risk of cross contamination.  Please discuss with me if you'd like to order for someone with a particular allergy or intolerance.
